The Owner Dependency Diagnostic + Strategy Sprint
This private Strategy Sprint is designed to identify where your business currently depends on you and help you decide what should stay that way — and what needs to change.
Before we meet, you'll complete the Owner Dependency Diagnostic, which looks at six areas of your business:
Revenue
How much revenue relies on your direct involvement?Â
Â
Decisions
What still waits for your judgment, approval, or context?
Â
Delivery
How much of the value clients receive requires you personally?
Â
Relationships
Which important client, referral, partner, or vendor relationships depend primarily on you?
Â
Operations
What keeps working because you remember it, notice it, fix it, or know how it works?
Â
Growth
How much forward momentum depends on you generating the next idea, initiative, offer, or source of demand?
Â
I'll review your results before our session so we can spend our time working on the business behind the scores rather than simply reviewing an assessment.
During Our 90 Minutes Together
We'll work through three stages:
Diagnose
Â
Where is owner dependency concentrated in your business?

Evaluate
Â
Which dependencies are Strategic because your involvement creates meaningful value?
Which are Vulnerable because they create unnecessary fragility, constraint, risk, or obligation?

Redesign
For each priority dependency, we'll determine the right response:
Keep it.
Your involvement belongs here.
Transfer it.
Someone else can own the responsibility.
Systemize it.
The business needs a reliable process rather than your memory or intervention.
Leverage it.
Your expertise is valuable and needs to be multiplied rather than repeatedly delivered by you.
Eliminate it.
It no longer deserves to exist.
You'll Leave With a 90-Day Redesign PlanÂ
Following our session, you'll receive a concise Owner Dependency Redesign Plan identifying:
- the areas where your business relies most heavily on youÂ
- Strategic Dependencies worth intentionally preserving
- Vulnerable Dependencies that deserve attention
- the recommended response for each priority area
- your three highest-priority changes for the next 90 daysÂ
- measures you'll use to know those changes are working
- what becomes possible as the business requires less unnecessary involvement from you
For this initial pilot, we'll also reconnect for a 30-minute follow-up after approximately 30 days to review what you've implemented, what's changing, and where you've encountered friction.Â
This Is Probably for You If...
Your business is established and generating real revenue.
You don't need basic startup advice.
You're not necessarily looking to sell your business or disappear from it.
You simply know that too much still depends on you personally — and you'd like more choice about what your role looks like going forward.
You may want more capacity.
More resilience.
Better profitability.
More room to think.
More time away.
The ability to grow without automatically creating more work for yourself.
Or simply the ability to decide where you want to remain deeply involved and where you no longer want to be required.Â

About Sandra Martini
For more than 22 years, Sandra Martini has worked alongside business owners to solve the messy, cross-functional problems that rarely fit neatly into one department.
Her work has spanned strategy, operations, marketing, sales, client experience, systems, profitability, and implementation — often inside the same business over many years.
Several of Sandra’s client relationships have lasted for years, and some for more than a decade. That long-term view has given her the opportunity to see how businesses evolve, where owner dependency quietly builds over time, and what actually happens when strategy has to survive real-world execution.
